These Terms govern your use of the FileJoy macOS app and the filejoy.app website.

1. Service provider

The service provider is Fractaldev Rafal Dubiel, NIP: 8172198245.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using FileJoy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. No user accounts

FileJoy does not provide user account registration or login. You are responsible for the security of your device and environment.

4. License and permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FileJoy for personal or business file workflows in compliance with applicable law.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for files and content you process, for keeping your device secure, and for ensuring that your use complies with law and third-party rights.

6. Pricing, payments, and refunds

FileJoy starts with a Free plan. Pro is a one-time purchase (lifetime unlock), not a subscription. Payments and refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies and your Apple billing region.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

FileJoy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
